La Remolacha

My Spanish Word of the Day is la remolacha which means beet.

In this photo, Bob is enjoying salmon, beets with goat cheese, and sweet potato fries. Other Spanish words for beet or beetroot are el betabel (Mexico) and la betarraga (Chile).
