Fuet

 My Spanish word of the day is fuet . Fuet is a type of cured pork sausage typical of Catalonia.  Today, I practiced my Spanish listening skills with the latest video from Español Automático . It is about ecotherapy and the healing benefits of nature. The title of the video is Ejecicio de escucha: El médico cura, la naturaleza sana . I believe that the actual quote from Hipocrates is:  The physician treats, but nature cures. I love this quote.
